PalmPay has been named Consumer-Friendly Business of the Year 2025 at the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency’s (LASCOPA) annual Consumer Service Week and Awards Ceremony. The event took place on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, at Adeyemi Bero Hall, The Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
The ceremony, organised by LASCOPA, recognised organisations that have shown consistent dedication to protecting consumer rights and improving service delivery across sectors.
PalmPay received the award for its efforts in providing secure and accessible financial services to Nigerians. The company has continued to build trust with its users through transparent practices, safe payment systems, and reliable customer support.
