Kola Jamodu, president, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), is to address the various challenges militating against the manufacturing sector in Rivers State.
He would do this during his working visit to the Rivers/Bayelsa branch of MAN on May 2 and 3, 2013.
Jamodu will visit some companies in Port Harcourt and pay courtesy call on the Governor of Rivers State, Chibuike Amaechi.

The MAN president will also hold a business luncheon with chief executive officers and managing directors of manufacturing companies in Port Harcourt.
A statement issued by the executive secretary of MAN, Rivers/Bayelsa branch, S.A. Johnson, stated that the theme of the business luncheon is ‘The Manufacturing Sector in Rivers State and the Challenge of Sustainability’.
According to the statement, the guest speaker is G. A. W Agorom, general manager of Rivers Vegetable Oil Company Limited.
