…creates 3,000 direct jobs for Nigerians
Priding itself as the largest furniture firm in Nigeria, Lifemate Furniture Nigeria Limited has deepened its national presence and coverage by opening a new showroom at the Agodi Area of Ibadan, the Capital of Oyo State, promising to offer more value for more Nigerians.
Speaking during the grand opening in Ibadan, Howard Gao, the Regional Manager, described Lifemate Furniture as a one stop-shop for cabinet and furniture products.
Gao said Lifemate Furniture as key player in the industry had not only contributed to the growth of Nigeria’s economy, but also had also created at least 3,000 direct jobs in the Country.
He said, “We are the largest furniture company in Nigeria. We have 3,000 employees, that means we offer a series of jobs. With another showroom, it means we are creating more jobs. As company grows bigger, we create more and more jobs.
While speaking with newsmen shortly after the official cutting of the tape to unveil the new showroom, the Regional Manager said the company had grown because the firm keeps focusing on quality cabinet and furniture manufacturing, producing high quality and durable furniture products.
“Customers are very smart. If you are professional, they will know and they will buy from you, you don’t even need to advertise”, Gao said.
Also, Jolade Oshodi, Branch Manager, Agodi Branch Ibadan, noted that the showroom is part of the company’s expansion strategy and meant to centralise all the branches in Ibadan.
Identifying unique style, affordable pricing and durability as Lifemate’s selling point, Oshodi said that interior decorators, estate managers, hotels and other stakeholders in the construction and hospitality industries are the firm’s target audience.
“There are a lot of advantages when you patronise Lifemate furniture products. We have a unique style, our pricing is affordable, after sale services and we have a warranty of two years on all our products,” Oshodi added.
Also Bola Alabi, one of Lifemate Furniture’s customers, who is a legal practitioner, said; “in the last six years, I have been a customer of Lifemate and I found their products to be very oaky and affordable.
“I do recommend to my friends that they can also get their furniture from Lifemate. My office, my home, I use their products. So far, so good, I enjoy their products.”
