Corporate law firm KENNA has announced the admission of four new partners, Eunice Alasa, Emeka Opara, Dr. Jude Nnodum Jnr., and Daze Nga, as part of efforts to broaden its service capabilities and deepen expertise across key practice areas.
The appointments, effective September 29, 2025, reflect the firm’s push to strengthen its integrated legal solutions offering at a time when clients increasingly require cross-cutting advisory support.
“Clients face increasingly interconnected legal and business challenges. The addition of these four accomplished lawyers to our partnership enhances our ability to assemble teams with the right experience for our clients’ specific needs,” said Charles Nwabulu, Deputy Managing Partner at KENNA. “There is no doubt that this step further strengthens the collective capacity of the firm to meet the matters entrusted to us.”
Alasa brings expertise in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, and technology law, advising clients in telecommunications, energy, and financial services. Opara specialises in dispute resolution and arbitration, as well as maritime and labour law, and has represented clients in complex commercial disputes.
Nnodum’s focus spans dispute resolution, tax, labour and employment, and international investment law, with experience advising a broad range of industries. Nga adds depth in litigation and arbitration, particularly in oil and gas disputes and wider commercial matters.
The expansion is part of KENNA’s ongoing investment in strengthening its capabilities across corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory advisory, the firm said.
