As the oil region seems to identify human capital as the biggest asset needed for aggressive development in the region, efforts have now been made to work with the African Society for Public Administrators, Leaders, and Managers (ASPALM).
The group is said to have linked up with the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (PHCCIMA), in what is termed as a strategic partnership to begin trainings and skills empowerment aiming at top echelon of the society.
The link is in form of partnership with the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) led by its first female president, Chinyere Nwoga. This will lead to what is termed the ‘ASPALM Port Harcourt Conference & Membership Investiture’ on April 5, 2025, at the Ebitimi Banigo Auditorium, University of Port Harcourt.
