The Nigerian Association of Road Transport Owners (NARTO) has suspended its industrial action, following recent engagement with the federal government.
This was disclosed by Yusuf Lawal, the national president of NARTO in Abuja on Tuesday.
The Association had embarked on a strike action on Monday, stating that it was impossible to continue in the business within the context of the current economic situation in the country.
