Omatek board meets to review, approve Q2 results

The Board of Omtek Ventures Plc will meet on July 25 to among others review and possibly approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the second quarter (Q2) of 2024.

Omtek also told the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) that its Board will meet to also update the stakeholders on the business status of the Company.

Consequently, the Company commenced its closed period from Monday, July 1, 2024, and this will remain in force till 24 hours after the filing of the UFS at the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

“All Insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company’s shares during this period,” it said.
