Luova Group, one of Nigeria’s leading integrated marketing, production, and talent management companies, is charting a bold expansion plan after marking its 15th year in business, a milestone its leadership describes as a testament to resilience, innovation, and sheer determination.
Founded on November 10, 2010, as a small production outfit known as TOBEMS Production, the company has grown into a multi-faceted creative group with ambitions to take on significantly larger projects and high-value clients.
Oluwatosin Obembe, group MD and CEO, Luova Group, at the anniversary celebration, said the company’s next phase will focus on scaling operations and elevating the scope of work it delivers across its subsidiaries. “This anniversary is not just a marker of our past, but a signal of the bigger things we are ready to take on. We have weathered storms, adapted, and now we are prepared for much larger opportunities in Nigeria’s creative economy,” he said.
Luova Group’s evolution has been anchored on strategic additions to its business portfolio, expanding beyond production to include Trois Sitini, a 360-degree marketing agency, and Tash Studios, a talent management arm representing high-profile acts including DJ Lambo. The group now serves a mix of external clients and internal brands, a model that has strengthened its footprint across marketing, production, advertising, and entertainment.
Dolapo Onaduja, head of operations, noted that the company’s growth has come through relentless hard work. “Bravery, sleepless nights, and 15 years of building, breaking, fixing, and refixing have brought us here. From a small company to a big brand, we now stand tall because of brilliant minds, great partners, and a resilient team pursuing bigger dreams every day,” he said.
Despite the company’s current momentum, the journey has been far from smooth. Folakemi Onipede, business lead at Trois Sitini, reflected on the financial constraints, talent recruitment hurdles, and pandemic disruptions that tested the company’s stability. “From financial struggles to hiring the right talent and surviving the 2020 lockdown, it has not been easy. But we persevered, paid salaries, and continued to deliver for our clients despite the odds,” she said.
The anniversary event also served as an opportunity to recognise and award staff members whose commitment and performance have played a central role in sustaining the company’s progress. Leadership emphasised that the next growth chapter will depend heavily on the same internal resilience that carried the group through its toughest years.
Looking ahead, Onipede said Luova Group is positioning itself to execute higher-profile campaigns, TV commercials, and large-scale productions. “With the evolution of Trois Sitini and the internal growth of the group, we are poised to deliver even more impactful work in the coming years,” she said.
As Luova Group enters its next decade, the company says its strategy will hinge on innovation, creative excellence, and the confidence to compete for bigger market opportunities. For a firm that has survived economic downturns, talent shortages, and global disruptions, its leadership believes the foundation is now set for a more aggressive expansion drive, one that could solidify its place among Nigeria’s most influential creative powerhouses.
