Agrolocale, an innovative agro-realty company, has said that it was committed to providing a bold blend of nature, luxury, and innovation hub in West Africa with the launch of Elysian Farm and Resort in Ibadan.

Speaking at the official launch, Korede Ayeni, chief executive officer of Agrolocale, said the project was a one-of-a-kind estate combining residential comfort, agricultural investment, and luxurious eco-living in the vibrant city of Ibadan, the largest city in West Africa.

According to him, this integrated development strategically located directly opposite Ibadan City Polytechnic’s Main Campus, Ido, and just 30 minutes from the Ladoke Akintola Train Station, Omi-Adio, offers a unique mix of residential, commercial, and agricultural clusters blurring the lines between rural retreat and modern luxury.

Ayeni said Elysian is a response to a growing need for people who want more than just land or a farm, but functionality, flexibility, and fulfilment

He said that Elysian Farm and Resort, envisioned as more than a farm or a resort, embodies a lifestyle. With a 5-year development plan, it is poised to become a premier getaway destination by 2030, featuring tennis courts, lounges, a standard gym, conference rooms, scenic villas, backyard farms, and Eco-cottages set in a serene, well-structured gated community.

While sharing the estate’s long-term value, Ayeni said that Elysian Farm and Resort represents an ecosystem where people can grow food, raise a family, host a retreat, or just get away from the city without disconnecting from comfort.

“This project brings agriculture, real estate, and tourism into one vibrant community,” he said.

“We are not just selling plots, we are building legacy spaces. By 2030, Elysian Farm & Resort will be a model of sustainable agrotourism in West Africa.

“With a rising demand for eco-conscious developments and alternative investment vehicles, Agrolocale’s Elysian Farm & Resort is set to capture the hearts of investors, nature lovers, city dwellers, and tourists alike, marking a new dawn in the real estate and agricultural tourism sectors,” he said.

Toyin Adebayo, a realtor who attended the launch, said that from the words of the CEO, the planning behind Elysian is mind-blowing.

“I have attended and listened to projects like this, but I have not seen anyone who is as unique as what I have seen and heard today. The vision is clear, and the location is perfect for both investment and lifestyle,” Adebayo said.

On her part, Kemi Olowu, another partner of Agrolocale, said that from the moment she walked on the site, she knew this was going to be a different kind of Farm resort.

“The atmosphere, the master plan explained by the CEO, even the attention to green spaces, Elysian is redefining the future of agro-based living,” she said.

The chief executive officer further said that in the first phase, the estate will deliver core foundational infrastructure, including perimeter fencing, a secured gatehouse, and dirt road mapping to provide clear estate demarcation and access routes.

According to him, the second stage, focused on environmental and wellness enhancements, features tree planting, dedicated green areas, and a curated orchard to amplify the estate’s eco-aesthetic.

“The third stage, dubbed “Operation Light Up Elysian”, will introduce solar-powered street lighting, alongside the launch of farm setups and management services, offering investors the option of guided agricultural ventures within their plots,” Ayeni added.

The launch event drew notable realtors, investors, and early buyers, who toured the estate and witnessed firsthand the innovation behind the project.
