Actress, Linda Ejiofor has said that she has carried so many silent battles that many people probably do not know about.
Linda, in a birthday post she wrote on her social media page, said she has healed from those battles and she is happy with the woman she has become.
She said, “Today, I honor myself and not just for making it through another year, but for how I’ve grown, healed, and kept going even when it wasn’t easy. I’ve carried silent battles, quiet wins, deep reflections, and little joys that only I truly know. And today, I celebrate them all.”
Married to her colleague Ibrahim Suleiman, Linda revealed that she has had to let go of things that are no longer important in her life.
The Tinsel star said, “This past year has shaped me in ways I never expected. I’ve learned to set boundaries, to show up for myself, to let go of what no longer serves me, and to hold space for joy, even in the smallest moments. I’m proud of how far I’ve come — even if not everyone sees the full picture. I do. And that’s enough.”
While thanking her fans and family, Linda said it was God that saw her through every challenge.
She said, “My heartfelt gratitude goes to my family, and above all, to God, without his unwavering presence, I simply wouldn’t be the woman I am today. I deserve love, laughter, softness, and peace. I deserve to be celebrated — not just today, but always. So here’s to me: my heart, my strength, my resilience, and my beautiful journey ahead. May this next chapter be filled with deeper love, aligned purpose, quiet confidence, and the kind of happiness that feels like home.”
Celebrating his wife on her birthday, Ibrahim said he is proud of the woman Linda has become.
He posted, “Watching your growth over the last year has been nothing short of inspiring. Your focused, committed determination to self-motivate, self-regulate and self-appreciate has me completely blown away. I am so proud of you, Sweetcheeks!”
