The Bauchi State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Titus Saul Ketkukah on Friday inspected the ongoing construction of the Magistrate Court Complex (High Court) and the 18 rooms at the 33 Artillery Brigade Command, Bauchi, urging the contractors to keep time frame.
The commissioner gave the charge during his inspection to the side of the construction, saying that finishing the work in time will bring development.
The construction of the Magistrate Court Complex comprises 12 Court offices, each court having three offices which is the judge office, registrar and the supporting staff office.

The renovation of the 18 Apartments in 33 Artillery Brigade Command comprises the corporal and below quarters, non-commissioned officers’ quarters, married officers and single officers’ quarters.
The commissioner expressed his appreciation to Governor Bala Muhammed Abdulkadir for approving the construction works.
On his part, the Director of Bauchi State Multi-project Company, Mohammed Bahir said that the construction of the Magistrate Court Complex awarded in 2011 but that due to some challenges the construction stopped.
Bashir said that when Governor Bala came to power, he reviewed the construction and awarded again.
According to Bashir, since the Governor approved the contract, they have not and never requested for anything that the state government didn’t give them.
“We thank Governor Bala Muhammed Abdulkadir because since we started this project, any request of our payment has never been delayed; so, we very much appreciated him for awarding the contract and providing everything for the construction,” he said.
