Landscribe Investment Limited has officially launched Prime Point Estate, a real estate development located along the Moniya-Iseyin road in Ibadan.
The unveiling, which gathered investors, real estate professionals, and key stakeholders.
Speaking at the launch, Eseohe Ogbenin, CEO of Landscribe Investment Limited, said, “At Landscribe, we prioritise security, transparency, and long-term value for our investors. We understand the fears surrounding real estate investment, especially for those in the diaspora, which is why we ensure that every property we offer is 100% verifiable and comes with the necessary documentation to guarantee peace of mind.”
At the time of launch, development within the estate was in progress. Attendees viewed ongoing construction work, including perimeter fencing, a security gatehouse, and site planning. Construction workers were present on-site, with infrastructure visibly taking shape.
Prime Point Estate is situated along a major tarred road, providing accessibility and proximity to key infrastructure. The estate is 13 minutes from major economic and transport hubs, including the train station, dry inland port, and circular road. It is also near the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and the University of Ibadan.
Landscribe Investment Limited emphasised the estate’s legal security. The estate has a registered survey and a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), providing buyers with full ownership security.
The launch event attracted interest from investors, including Nigerians in the diaspora. Many diaspora investors face challenges in acquiring genuine property, with risks of fraud and unclear land titles. Prime Point Estate, with its government-recognised documentation, provided an alternative.
To enhance accessibility, Landscribe introduced a flexible payment plan. Investors can secure plots through structured instalment options. The launch also featured the instant allocation of land to early investors. Those who had subscribed before the launch received allocation certificates.
With the successful launch of Prime Point Estate, Landscribe Investment Limited reaffirmed its position in the Nigerian real estate sector. The company stated its commitment to providing secure and strategic investment opportunities.
