Infinix is preparing to launch its latest HOT 60 Series globally, and leading the charge is the HOT 60 Pro+. The company is entering the next phase of smartphone design with a clear goal – to challenge the status quo of slim, curved devices.
At just 5.95mm thick, the HOT 60 Pro+ introduces one of the slimmest 3D curved screen designs seen in smartphones. It follows HOT 50 Pro+, which came in at 6.8mm. With this move, Infinix is continuing its focus on ultra-slim design while drawing direct comparisons with some of the most established players in the market.
A recent post by Ice Universe on X brought fresh attention to the HOT 60 Pro+. The video shows a direct size comparison between the Infinix device and Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge, which measures 5.8mm. Though slightly slimmer, the Samsung model weighs more at 163.8g compared to the 154.6g of the HOT 60 Pro+.
Beyond the design, the main question among users is battery life. Ultra-thin smartphones often raise concerns about capacity and endurance. While the official specs have not yet been confirmed, sources suggest the HOT 60 Pro+ will feature a high-density battery, possibly silicon-carbon (Si/C), which could allow for strong battery performance even in a compact build. Its predecessor housed a 5,000mAh battery in a 6.8mm frame, so expectations remain high.
Infinix is also keeping quiet on the complete hardware setup, but leaks hint at 4G and 5G variants. The 4G version is expected to run on a Helio G200 chipset, while the 5G model may feature a Dimensity 7xxx series processor. Memory options could include 256GB and 512GB of storage, with 8GB or 12GB of RAM.
The company’s latest campaign, themed “Thin, yet Everything”, is designed to draw attention not only to the phone’s form factor but also to its full range of capabilities.
While Infinix is traditionally known for value-focused products, the HOT 60 Pro+ signals a shift. It reflects the brand’s aim to grow beyond price comparisons and focus more on innovation and user experience.
The official launch date is still unknown, but the rollout of teaser images, hands-on leaks, and online buzz points to an announcement soon. Until then, Infinix continues to build momentum, hoping the HOT 60 Pro+ will open a new chapter in its product journey — one where slim no longer means compromise.
