…inaugurates ward coordinators in Ondo to mobilise for Tinubu’s re-election
A political group, BTO4PBAT, has emphasised the need for united efforts to tackle the criminal activities, particularly the two alarming trend of armed kidnappings of public school students in the North-central Nigeria’s Niger State and attacks in Eruku, a boundary town with Kogi State in the Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State where at least five persons lost their lives.
BusinessDay reports that over 300 schoolchildren and 12 teachers were recently abducted by gunmen during an attack on St. Mary’s School, a Catholic institution in North-Central Nigeria’s Niger State. Five persons were also killed and several others abducted in Kwara state.
Adesuyi Adojutelegan, the Director General of BTO4PBAT, who spoke on Sunday during the inauguration of Ward Coordinators for Ondo North Chapter of BTO4PBAT, a political support group dedicated to mobilising support for Tinubu’s reelection, held in Arigidi-Akoko in Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State, however, said the President Bola Tinubu’s Administration would soon effectively address the nation’s security challenges.

Adojutelegan, who asserted that the newly inaugurated coordinators would play a crucial role in strengthening the grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 election said; “the president has excelled in every sector and is committed to tackling the country’s security challenges.”
Highlighting the positive reforms under the Bola Tinubu’s Administration and the impactful performance of the Interior Minister, he predicted that the efforts would translate into significant electoral support for the President.
Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, the Interior Minister, who also spoke during the event, reiterated the Government’s dedication to overcoming insecurity, noting that ongoing reforms are beginning to yield noticeable results.
Tunji-Ojo, represented by Fafumilade Adetilewa said; “we will overcome insecurity, I assure you. Support President Bola Tinubu’s good initiatives and his reelection in 2027. He has performed well and deserves another term.”
While Kehinde Obanla, Chairman of the APC in Akoko North West Local Government Area, urged party members to rally behind President Tinubu, emphasizing that Tunji-Ojo’s performance should be recognized at the polls.
