Christian Amanze, pastor in charge of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry, Festac Region, has admonished couples to express love at all times, just as he disclosed that this will help couples hinder friction in marriage, and made the union blissful.
He gave the admonition during the church’s wedding ceremony between Kevin Ukwoma and Amarachi Ikwueme at the Lords Chosen Revival Church Ijesha Lagos, which was tagged the ‘Marital Bliss’ as a fulfillment of a two-year courtship between the partners.
Amanze charged the new family to always look-up to God no matter the difficulties faced, stating that courtship is an ideal kind of relationship before marriage that the church professes, and encouraged intending couples to adapt for an everlasting fidelity.
He said that for the couple to have passed through the rigorous marriage course as stipulated by the church, that it depicts maturity enough to shoulder the responsibilities ascribed to the marriage institution by God.
“You are today made one; it is that spirit of oneness that its light has begun to shine that I decree will continue to lead your union till eternity. In all situations always reference God for a solution as Him alone can help you come out of difficulties,” Amanze stated.
He equally urged the couple not to starve the other of love, saying expression of love to each other was the tonic that heals emotional wounds, therefore should be without season. “I encourage you not to allow the oil of love that binds the two of you to run dry even when children begin to come”.
Kevin Ukwoma and wife expressed joy for the union, and thanked God for making the day come through. The newly wedded disclosed that he felt self actualised, being together with the one he loved, whose foresight in things of the scriptures towered above his.
According to him, the marriage course that was an interface for the couple allowed them to understand each other’s weak points that needed to be complemented.
