In signing the 2017 budget, acting Nigerian President, Yemi Osinbajo, is joined by Bukola Saraki, the senate president, Yakubu Dogara, speaker of the house of representatives, Udo Udoma, minister for budget and national planning and Kemi Adeosun, the finance minister.
