Falcon Corporation Limited, a firm in Nigeria’s gas and energy sector, has announced the appointment of Audrey Joe-Ezigbo as its new chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2026.
A statement by the company said the decision comes as Joseph Ezigbo, the company’s founding managing director, prepares to retire after 31 years in office.
Joe-Ezigbo, the company’s co-founder and current deputy managing director, will take over the leadership role following decades of working alongside Ezigbo to build the company.
Falcon Corporation was established in 1994 and has grown into a notable player in Nigeria’s gas and energy sector.

I have every confidence that the company will achieve even greater heights under Audrey’s leadership. She and I started this company in 1994 and have worked together to build it into the formidable entity it is today. Her unparalleled experience, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence are exactly what Falcon needs as it enters its next era. I look forward to supporting the company’s journey in new ways and celebrating its continued success,” the outgoing MD said.
According to the company, Joe-Ezigbo brings over 30 years of executive experience in the energy sector and has led many of the corporation’s major initiatives.
The Board of Directors noted that her appointment reflects her “strong record of corporate governance, financial acumen” and ability to manage large-scale operations.
In her remarks, Joe-Ezigbo said the transition marked a significant moment for the company.
