The Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC) has advised motorists to strictly adhere to the highway codes during the Easter period.
Clement Oladele, the Ogun Sector Commander of the corps, gave the advice in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday in Ota, Ogun.
He said that such adherance would reduced carnages on the road.
He advised motorists to ensure that their vehicles are in proper condition before embarking on any journey.
“Motorists should realise that it is only when you are alive that you can celebrate with loved ones,”
“Caution should be the watchword here,” Oladele said. (NAN)
