DSS vacates National Assembly
After an eight-hour siege at the National Assembly, operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have vacated the Complex.
The siege which started around 6am on Tuesday ended at exactly 2:59pm.
As of the time of filing this report, the security operatives have removed the barricades and allowed National Assembly workers, journalists and legislative aides into the Complex.
They were seen entering their vehicles, removed the barricades and drive off from the Complex.
