Nigeria recorded additional 245 cases of coronavirus on Monday, bringing the total confirmed infections so far in the country to 2802.
According to a post by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Twitter, Lagos led in the number of cases with 76 new infections, 37-Katsina,32-Jigawa, 23-Kano, 19-FCT, 18-Borno, 10-Edo, 9-Bauchi, 6-Adamawa,5-Oyo, 5-Ogun, 1-Ekiti, 1-Osun, 1-Benue 1-Niger and 1-Zamfara.
In all, 417 cases have been successfully treated and discharged, while COVID-19-related deaths have risen to 93.
