Nigerian Breweries plans to change Board composition

Nigerian Breweries Plc is planning to change the composition of its Board members come Wednesday December 5, 2018, BusinessDay has learnt.

Uaboi G. Agbebaku, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the leading brewer in Nigeria disclosed plans to change board composition in a notice of the board meeting sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

“One of the items on the agenda is a proposal for changes in the composition of the board of the company. The NSE will be notified of the details of any changes to the board, after the meeting”, the letters reads.
