Max-Migold Ltd., a Lagos-based facility management consultancy, is set to launch the 25th batch of its Facility Management Master Craft Programme (FMMC) on Aug. 11, as it looks to build Nigeria’s pipeline of certified professionals for the country’s expanding infrastructure sector.
The program, which has trained over 700 professionals since its inception, is designed to address a skills shortage in Nigeria’s facility management industry, which is growing at more than 15% annually, according to industry estimates. Despite this growth, less than 35% of FM professionals have received formal training.
FMMC Batch 25 offers instruction in areas including strategic FM planning, lifecycle and asset management, energy efficiency, smart building technologies, and vendor coordination. Graduates receive an ISO-aligned certification from Max-Migold’s training centre, which is accredited by the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria.
“FMMC is not just a course — it’s a leadership track for the next generation of infrastructure managers,” said Paul Erubami, managing director of Max-Migold.
Alumni of the program have gone on to work at firms such as CBRE Excellerate, Julius Berger Facilities Management, FrieslandCampina WAMCO, and Promasidor. The course also includes field trips, flexible payment plans, access to class recordings, job placement support, and an exclusive graduation ceremony.
The new cohort is set to commence on August 11, 2025, with a 10 percent discount offered to early bird registrants.
Max-Migold offers training, consulting, and outsourcing services across West Africa, targeting organisations seeking improved efficiency, safety, and long-term asset performance.
