LivingTrust Mortgage Bank PLC, a financial service institution specialises in originating and servicing mortgage loans, has unveiled and appointed Kamaldeen Adekilekun as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
A Press Statement signed by Dorcas Ajayi, Ag. Company Secretary of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank PLC, indicated that Adekilekun, who holds a PhD in Law, was appointed following the nomination of Osun State Government, a major shareholder of the mortgage bank headquartered in Osogbo, the Capital of Osun State.

“This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank PLC (the Bank) that sequel to the nomination of the Osun State Government (a major shareholder of the Bank) and the approval of the appointments of the members of the Board by the Central Bank of Nigeria, Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
“Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun is an accomplished lawyer with over 23 years’ experience. Prior to his appointment, he has been the Managing Partner of a successful law firm.
“He has also served as a Cabinet member of the Bayelsa State Government. He holds a PhD in Law. The appointment of the Chairman takes effect immediately and is subject to further communications by the Osun State Government”, the Press Statement signed by Ajayi read.
