Diamond bank partner filling station to install ATM kiosks across Nigeria

In keeping faith with its commitment to provide convenient and accessible services, Diamond bank has partnered with Total Filling Station, a multinational energy company, to install Diamond Bank ATM kiosks in every Total Filling Station across the country.

This is coming at a time where the community at large is in dare need of innovative and convenient services to make financial transaction easier, convenient and  accessible.

Speaking during the launch Aisha Ahmeed, Head of Marketing and Retail Diamond bank said the bank is proud of the partnership as the bank is always focused on ensuring its customers have access to financial services, adding that 21 ATM kiosks have already been installed and more would be.

“The most interesting part is that it is called ‘Magic card’ that is, even without the debit card, one can still have access to those ATM kiosks. All you need to do is to visit www.diamondbank for your code,” she explained.

She further explained that the code will be sent to the customers’ phones, after which they can punch the code on the ATM buttons and access will be granted.

According to Ahmeed, “this is a way to complement the cashless policy. This is just a way of making life easier and simpler for every Diamond bank user.”

Also speaking during the occasion Managing Director, Total Nigeria, who was represented by Jeff Nnamani Executive Director, Strategy said, “As part of our continued effort to conveniently provide top quality products and services to our customers, Total Nigeria plc has partnered with Diamond Bank in the development of ATM services in select Total Service stations nationwide.”

According to him, “The partnership is in line with Total Service Station’s to provide convenient and innovative services that are easily assessable. Customers can conveniently withdraw cash in a secure environment as they stop by to access other services in the service station.”

Nnamani commended the partnership saying it is a thoughtful innovation, as it enables customers walk into any Total Filling Station and purchase wide array of petroleum products lubricants and solar products and conveniently shop at the shops and receive premium car maintenance without physical cash.
