The management of Cornerstone Plc. has appointed two new directors. In a letter sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) the company listed the names of the new directors as Elizabeth Amadiume and Tony Egbuna.
Amadiume is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute with over 32 years working experience in the insurance industry. Presently on the board of the African Reinsurance Corporation, she has a masters in French language and literature from Voronezeh State University.
On the other hand, Egbuna is a Chartered Accountant and holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, Winston Salem, North Carolina in the United States.
He has over 28 years varied experience in Financial management, Banking, Auditing, Process Improvement, strategic planning among others.
