Certeza Group has announced the launch of Maryland Manor, described as the first fully automated apartment development on the Lagos Mainland.
The project is located in Maryland, Ikeja, about 12 minutes from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. It is designed with integrated smart home technology, enabling residents to monitor and control their living spaces remotely.
According to Certeza Group, each apartment will have automation systems for air conditioning, main doors, electronics, curtains, and security cameras. The air conditioning will feature smart climate control, while the main doors will have remote locking and unlocking. Residents will be able to operate appliances and entertainment systems from a central control system, set schedules for motorised curtains, and access live video from security cameras at any time.
Following the launch of Carltonwood by Certeza in Lekki Phase 1, off Freedom Way, and Adeola Towers in Victoria Island, Maryland Manor is another masterpiece changing the narrative of the real estate development sector in Lagos Mainland.

Construction details and timelines for completion are expected to be released by Certeza Group in the coming weeks.
