This rating was released by Great Place to Work (GPTW), a research and certification organisation which evaluates workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
GPTW rated these organisations as having competitive benefits and inclusive work environments that are designed to support career growth.
According to GPTW, these companies prioritise inclusivity by fostering cultures of respect, offering leadership opportunities, and promoting work-life balance.
“By championing gender equity, they create spaces where diverse perspectives are celebrated, innovation is encouraged, and success is shared by all,” the organisation stated.
