In the first batch of this gist, i told a story of a man who belongs to one of those group of people that does not know how to approach women and feels every woman is up for grabs so, being civil does not count when dealing with women either at work place or anywhere at all.
One good thing about being a bad cop is that, your mission is all about doing the right thing and making things work for good for everyone but most times, people you are dealing with see you as being too strict and hard. Bad cops do not take rubbish from anyone and they must have to achieve what they want to achieve no matter what. In the process of trying to put things right, they are not always nice and that is why they are refered to as ‘’bad cops’’. They do not have time to butter you up just to correct you because buttering hardly works in our society and they get bad lashes from people who derive joy knowing the right thing to do but always do the wrong things.
Take for instance, a high risky situation that needs to be solved at work place. The boss hardly go for jelly fish or cold turkey staff. They will always go for staff who are tough and daring and whom they trust will deliver good results to the company. There are staff the company management will recommend and they directors will sigh and say..nay….these are walk overs…they will drown the company. There are also staff the company will recommend and the directors will smile and say…yea..yea…that is it…get her/them immediately..she/they are/ is the right person to carry out this assignment. Bad cop(s)!!
Once the ssignment is given to her, the directors can go to sleep with their two eyes closed and very assured she will deliver. By the time such a person finishes her assignment, the company will reward her in their own way..either by promotion or other work incentives that will power her career so being a bad cop pays pretty well at work.
Does it pain being a bad cop? Is it easy being a bad cop? I have said it earlier that most women are being called all kinds of bad names by those they work with who feel they are always being watched and corrected. You cannot work with a woman who is a bad cop and you come to work and leave any time you like. She will fire you without any query. You cannot play around with your job position or else she slams her hammer on your head. If you were hired for a particular positon, you must be productive and have something to show for your pay. This is not the idea of just coming to work and not doing anything and at the end of the month, you expect to get paid. You cannot work with a bad cop and all you do is cut corners. She will chew you and spit you out!! Cutting corners is one area bad cops hardly tolerate. They see workers who cut corners as crooks and inefficient and after they finish their dubious runs will still turn back to condemn the company and give the company a bad reputation. If a bad cop catches you trying to cut corners at work place, consider your job deleted from the company radar.
Wondering if am now labeling bad cops as being so mean and heartless? No way…they are not! Infact they are very kind and the most nicest person you can ever deal with. They are the way they are because they love to do the right thing always, they want their fellow human beings to have a good life and does not believe in robbing Amaka to pay Tope….killing Amina so Abdul will be a millionaire etc. They want people around them to be happy and successful always and for them to achieve this, bad eggs around them who make the innocent to suffer, who deny good people their rights must be punished outright without any delay.
Tell me, if you have someone who wants to do the right thing and make life easy for you and others….is this not the best thing that can happen to you? This is just the aim of those labelled as bad cops!!!
Sadly, in the world we live today, people are more concerned with things done left handed as long as they achieve what they want. If your success plans are all about hurting others and crushing their peace of mind and personality just to be rich, famous, and popular, then the bad cops will never spare you when you get into their net at work place. You cannot also hide from a bad cop at work place because she will sniff you out where ever you are hiding. Ofcourse they are not interested in making cheap friends and scoring cheap popularity in the society so they do not care who you are when biting you. In our society of today, if you are always looking for people who will sing your song and hail you, you are just a worm. They will trample on you just at the same time as they are hailing you because inside of them, they know you are cheap and fake.
Care less about how people percieve you and always strive to do good, help others and keep your life decent. This is not always easy to do but if you want to leave a lasting and cherished legacy on this planet, you must try.
There are people who believe in God but they do not go to church . Some do not even believe in God at all.. but you know what? Most of these people hardly hurt anyone. They always strive to do good good, help people in anyway they can. Then there are those who sleep in churches but, when you study their attitude towards their fellow human beings, you will swear for GOD himself…why HE allows such people to even mention his name in the first place. Those who do not understand the mystrey of life and how GOD operates will see such church worshippers suffering and wonder what God is up to. On the other hand, the persons who hardly go to church will be progressing and you shiver. Am not telling you not to believe in God.
The bad cop must be a woman pastor/evangelist to do good? Nope! You might not even hear her mention God always but she respects GOD and understands pretty well who GOD is and, what HE expects from us.
