With over a decade of experience empowering thousands of individuals, couples, and families, Nike Folagbade is widely recognised as one of Nigeria’s foremost voices in emotional wellness, personal transformation, and relationship intelligence.

A Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified Marriage Counselor, and Emotional Intelligence Coach, she is the author of more than 10 books on relationships and marriage and the visionary behind the Warrior Brides Network, a global movement that has impacted women in over 13 countries.

Folagbade, the family life coach, therapist, and relationship expert has commenced The BloomNest Company, an institution committed to reshaping the culture of family through holistic coaching, therapy, education, and corporate training.

This marks an evolution from her personal brand, Nike Folagbade International, to a more structured, multidimensional platform designed to amplify impact and deepen transformation.

Speaking on the inspiration behind BloomNest, Folagbade shared:

“Before BloomNest, I already led a thriving coaching platform that served singles, engaged couples, and married individuals. I helped singles discover their identity, heal from heartbreaks, and prepare for meaningful, emotionally healthy relationships.

“I supported engaged couples through both group and private premarital counseling sessions, ensuring they had the tools to build a purposeful marriage. For married couples, I provided support around communication breakdowns, intimacy challenges, infidelity recovery, and the process of building a shared vision that strengthens their connection.

But as the work expanded, I began to see that what I was doing could no longer remain within the bounds of a personal brand.

“I was already mentoring women, creating platforms for men, working with teenagers, counseling families, and engaging organizations. All of these efforts existed under different expressions, but they carried the same DNA—healing, growth, and transformation.

“So, the idea for BloomNest was born—not as a new beginning, but as an upgrade. It is the evolved and more corporate expression of Nike Folagbade International, created to house everything I was already doing—only now, with more structure, more reach, and more intentionality.

“BloomNest isn’t just about helping individuals; it’s about reshaping the culture of family itself. We’re building an institution that can train leaders, raise coaches, and deliver systemic healing to individuals, families, and organizations alike. This is about amplifying impact without limitation.”

BloomNest operates through three core pillars designed to drive deep and lasting transformation.

First is coaching & therapy, where individuals, couples, and families receive guidance to navigate healing, gain relationship clarity, restore emotional and marital health, and pursue personal growth.

The second arm, Consulting & Corporate Training, provides tailored interventions in leadership, emotional intelligence, workplace wellness, and relational dynamics for schools, organizations, and government institutions.

Lastly, The BloomNest Academy serves as the educational backbone, offering structured programs, certifications, and research-based content on topics such as dating and marriage, parenting, identity, vision, and family systems.

At the heart of every BloomNest program is a commitment to holistic change—impacting the home, workplace, church, community, and society at large.

According to Folagbade: “BloomNest is not just a coaching company. It is a movement—a vision-driven ecosystem designed to transform the entire family space through a deeply intentional and multi-dimensional approach.

“We are not content with changing 100 or 1,000 lives—we are building the capacity to reach millions. We are creating custom interventions for singles, couples, parents, teenagers, schools, organizations, and religious institutions. From coaching and counseling to therapy, retreats, digital courses, books, podcasts, group programs, certification training, and community development—we are mobilizing multiple channels of transformation.

“But beyond methods, our heartbeat is depth. We don’t just want to inspire; we want to heal. We are going to the roots—addressing personal trauma, generational wounds, cultural mindsets, and the silent pain that so many people carry. We want to restore people to their original design—the place of wholeness, identity, and purpose.

“BloomNest is building a new narrative—one where individuals are whole, marriages are intentional, families are functional, and society reflects the health of the home. That’s what makes this a movement. We are not just solving problems. We are raising solutions.

“I believe transformation begins with identity—knowing who you really are, apart from your trauma, mistakes, or societal labels. At BloomNest, we help clients slow down and reconnect with their original design, as God intended. This means guiding them through healing, helping them rediscover their purpose, and empowering them to build emotionally healthy, spiritually aligned relationships.”

In describing the impact BloomNest is already having, she shared inspiring stories:

“There are so many. One that stands out was a woman whose marriage was on the brink of collapse. She was emotionally drained, unsure of herself, and deeply wounded. After working with us, she experienced not only marital healing but a complete personal rebirth. She became confident, self-aware, and purposeful.

“I’ve also seen singles who were paralyzed by confusion suddenly come alive with vision and clarity. People who were afraid to speak now boldly lead. These stories remind me why we do this—and they’ve influenced how I create our questions, resources, and programs. I design everything with these transformations in mind.”

“We help people slow down, reflect, and ask the right questions.

We guide them back to their core—helping them unlearn toxic beliefs, heal from past trauma, and rediscover God’s blueprint for their lives. Through personalized coaching, assessments, vision mapping, and therapeutic conversations, we help them align their personal, spiritual, and relational lives. It’s not about fixing people; it’s about awakening them to who they were always meant to be.”
