Dino Melaye, the senator representing Kogi West has again been giving the matching order to vacate his position as the Appeal Court in Abuja upheld the decision of the elections petition tribunal that nullified his election in Kogi.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is to conduct fresh elections within 90 days from Tuesday when the upper court made the decision.
