Since its inception, the AELEX Annual Lecture has grown into one of the most respected intellectual forums in Nigeria, serving as a platform for robust dialogue at the intersection of law, governance, economics, and society. Over the years, it has brought together distinguished thought leaders, policymakers, academics, business executives, and civil society representatives to engage in conversations that shape national and continental progress.
This year’s theme, “Rule of Law and Economic Development: The Nigerian Experience,” will examine the vital role of robust legal and institutional framework in driving sustainable economic growth.
The lecture promises to be highly impactful, as we have assembled a stellar panel of speakers who will share their insights on the subject. The Keynote address will be delivered by His Excellency, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo SAN, GCON, former Vice President of Nigeria.
