In a bid to strengthen its corporate governance, Adbond Harvest and Homes, a real estate and agriculture investment firm, has appointed Olutoyin Ayinde and Adeniyi Adeleke to its board as Non-Executive Directors.
The company stated that the move was also aimed at broadening its expertise and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development and growth in Nigeria’s agro-to-home sector.
Ayinde, a fellow and Past President of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development.
He previously served as Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development in Lagos State, where he spearheaded key urban renewal and land-use policies.
Recognised for his contributions to sustainable development and community engagement, Ayinde is widely respected among his peers.
Adeleke, an accountant and business advisory consultant, brings years of experience in financial accounting, management, and consulting to bear on the new position.
He is noted for his analytical skills and passion for providing value-driven services across various industries.
Adekoya Oluwagbemiga, Chief Executive Officer of Adbond Harvest and Homes, described the appointments as a welcome development for the organisation.
