A seminar with the theme “Fundamentals of Credit: The Role of the Board” will hold on May 6 & 7 in Accra, Ghana. The Seminar is targeted at providing a deeper understanding to Directors on the Board of Banks and other financial institutions particularly members on the Credit Committee and will cover such topics as Corporate Finance, Due diligence from a lenders perspective, Credit risk rating and assessment, Insider related credit (disclosures and monitoring), Managing non – performing loans, Credit portfolio profiling and assessment and Understanding key financial ratios.

DCSL Corporate Services Limited in collaboration with the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate Governance holds a seminar on Corporate Governance for current and aspiring Directors and Executive Management in Banks.
