Golvia, an innovation-focused startup based in Africa, has announced the formation of its first Advisory Board. The move is aimed at strengthening its governance framework and aligning its growth efforts with expert guidance across key industries.
The announcement was made by Izuchukwu Nwankpa, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Golvia. According to Nwankpa, “We believe that bold visions must be matched by robust structures and wise counsel. This Advisory Board represents our commitment to doing things the right way — ensuring our decisions are strategic, sustainable, and impactful.”
The newly constituted Advisory Board comprises seven professionals with backgrounds in banking, technology, oil and gas, human resources, and business development.

An HR strategist and innovation consultant, Olaide is renowned for aligning people, culture, and systems to achieve business transformation. Her focus will include organizational design, leadership development, and performance management at Golvia.
Mrs. Chile Frank-Udemgba
With over 20 years at Zenith Bank and a solid background in business development and client relations, Mrs. Frank-Udemgba also leads Woman and Half (WAH), a platform focused on empowering African women. Her experience adds value to Golvia’s growth partnerships and community impact initiatives.
