Hanson Johnson, Start Innovation Hub’s CEO, said the investment is poised to be a game-changer in the drive to cultivate a robust and globally competitive tech workforce.
“The overwhelming response from our community regarding scholarships and discounts for digital skills training has truly reinforced our mission,” said Johnson.
The organisation’s core strategy for upskilling and reskilling the local workforce is rooted in a demand-driven curriculum and practical, hands-on training as the hub continuously engages with industry leaders and analyses global tech trends to identify critical skill gaps.
Its courses cover areas in web development, UI/UX design, data analysis, cybersecurity, python programming, and machine learning that are directly aligned with employer needs.
Trainees are immersed in real-world projects, building tangible portfolios, and benefit from instructors who are industry practitioners, bringing current best practices and entrepreneurial insights into the classroom.
