She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She has an LL.M from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, law degree from Birmingham City University in England, and a Harvard University executive certificate in cybersecurity: Managing risk in the information age.
She is the Principal AI and Tech Privacy Consultant at Privacy & Security (PS) that specialises in conducting risk assessments on tech solutions and generative AI. With a unique blend of law and technology, she operates at the intersection of digital trust, innovation, and regulation advising Fortune 500s, global institutions, and high-growth start-ups.
Belinda led enterprise-wide initiatives in high-stake environments from conducting hundreds of privacy impact assessments to building global privacy programmes from the ground up. With 12+ years privacy experience, Belinda is known for making complex topics clear for executive leaders, engineers, software developers and cross-functional teams.
Before pivoting into privacy and cybersecurity, she built digital programmes in the entrepreneurial space and worked in multinational IT consulting across several projects including SDLC, QA, analytics, and front-end development in start-up and enterprise environments.
Today, she helps organisations build trust at scale, implement AI governance as a business asset, and address privacy risks before they become reputational crisis.
