For new opportunities to open up in the real estate subsector, the limits of the industry must be broken. This is the key message at the just-concluded conference organized by a real estate firm, the ABN Realtors Group, in collaboration with Landview Property Investment Limited. The conference held in Aba, Abia State, is tagged; ‘Breaking Barriers’.
Emmanuel Achilihu, President of ABN Realtors Group, who is also Managing Director/CEO of Landview Property Investment Limited, said the conference provided a platform for training realtors on overcoming challenges and selling high-value property to earn more for themselves.
He said, “This is not just another event but a movement. We are tearing down the limits, unlocking new opportunities and reshaping the real estate business.”
Achilihu noted that the conference brought together realtors, executives, and visionaries to learn, unlearn, and relearn ways to enhance client service.
He observed that the conference theme, ‘Breaking Barriers,’ focused on improving service to real estate clients and featured a session on enhancing client services.
Achilihu said, “We are here to teach them the techniques for going far in real estate if they follow our training and resist the lure of looking at the immediate situation.
“This is the third edition of the ‘Realtors Summit’ with ABN Group. We are here to train realtors on how to make sales in 2025. This is our way of empowering young people because there is no employment, so they can start earning even while in school.
“A lot of people have opportunities, but they don’t know about them and how to harness them. We want people to know that you don’t have to be employed by the government or private businesses to earn a decent and honest living.”

He went on: “We are calling on the youths to desist from Yahoo-Yahoo, enter the real estate business, and make genuine money even while in school.”
The real estate professional said his firm would continue empowering individuals and businesses by providing exceptional investment opportunities that exceed expectations.
Spark Ovadje, the chief coach, who is known as Apostle of the Real Estate Consultancy Model in Nigeria and national real estate, was among the resource persons who participated in the conference.
He reaffirmed that earning N1,000,000 monthly working as a realtor in Nigeria was possible.
