1. The Four Seasons – Series Premiere – 1 May

An updated take on Alan Alda’s 1981 romantic comedy, The Four Seasons follows three long-time couples who have vacationed together for years. The group dynamic shifts after one couple’s sudden split. Tina Fey stars as Kate, a meticulous planner whose marriage to Jack (Will Forte) faces strain. Their friends Nick (Steve Carell) and Anne (Kerri Kenney-Silver) begin to drift apart, sparking tensions and reflections. The third couple, Danny (Colman Domingo) and Claude (Marco Calvani), appear stable but harbour doubts about their future. This series reflects on modern relationships and the quiet discontent that can arise with time.
2. Forever – 8 May

Adapted from Judy Blume’s 1975 novel, Forever is a young adult drama that explores first love. Lovie Simone plays Keisha Clark, a teenager approaching graduation. She develops a connection with her classmate Justin (Michael), and together they experience their first serious relationship. The story captures teenage emotions and milestones, offering a contemporary look at the realities of young love.

3. Heart Eyes – 8 May

In this thriller-horror film, coworkers Ally (Olivia Holt) and Jay (Mason Gooding) spend Valentine’s Day together, unaware they are being watched. A serial killer, known as the Heart Eyes killer, mistakenly targets them as a couple. The evening takes a violent turn, forcing the pair to escape and survive. The film blends elements of horror and suspense with moments of dark humour.
4. Nonnas – 9 May

Nonnas is based on the true story of Joe Scaravella (played by Vince Vaughn), a Staten Island man grieving the loss of his mother. Inspired by memories and family recipes, Joe opens an Italian restaurant. He recruits local grandmothers—played by Susan Sarandon, Lorraine Bracco, Talia Shire, and Brenda Vaccaro—to help him recreate traditional dishes. The story reflects on grief, memory, and community through food.

5. Bad Thoughts – Series Premiere – 13 May

Comedian Tom Segura presents a sketch comedy series that pushes everyday scenarios to extremes. Bad Thoughts features absurd takes on ordinary life, with sketches that explore uncomfortable and unexpected outcomes. Segura leads the cast, with contributions from Jeremy Konner, known for Drunk History. The show draws from stand-up humour and challenges social norms through fictional, exaggerated situations.
6. Sirens – 22 May

Sirens is a satirical drama adapted from Molly Smith Metzler’s stage play Elemeno Pea. Set at a luxury beach estate, the story follows Devon (Meghann Fahy), a working-class woman from Buffalo, who visits her estranged sister Simone (Milly Alcock). Simone now works for Michaela (Julianne Moore), a wealthy environmental activist. The weekend brings tensions as Devon questions the privilege and choices of those around her. The cast also includes Kevin Bacon and Glenn Howerton.

7. Department Q – Series Premiere – 29 May

Based on Jussi Adler-Olsen’s crime novel series, Department Q is set in Scotland and focuses on cold case investigations. Matthew Goode stars as Carl Morck, a detective recovering from a violent incident. He is assigned to a new unit focused on unsolved crimes, working under prosecutor Merritt Lingard (Chloe Pirrie). He is paired with Akram Salim (Alexej Manvelov), a Syrian refugee officer facing resistance from within the department. The show explores institutional neglect and the pursuit of justice, drawing comparisons to series like Slow Horses.
