In response to the recent malicious and unfounded social media attacks, we, Malachy Ugwummadu Chambers, legal representatives of GTEXT Homes Ltd and Dr. Stephen Akintayo, hereby state the facts with absolute clarity:

• No Indictment or Conviction: Thorough investigation by competent authorities have repeatedly confirmed that neither GTEXT Homes nor Dr. Stephen Akintayo has been indicted or convicted of any wrongdoing in any jurisdiction despite a number of online platforms maliciously reporting otherwise.

• Baseless Dubai Property Fraud Allegation: The claim of a $15,000 Dubai property fraud is unequivocally false and lacks any factual basis as revealed in the statement.

• Resolution of Kingsley Nwankwo Case: The issue involving Kingsley Nwankwo concerned a disgruntled volunteer sales representative making unreasonable demands for a client who defaulted and cost the company money.

He has consequently been remanded in prison custody.

• Legal Action for Defamation: In light of the above, we will be pursuing substantial legal action, including seeking 1 billion Naira in damages each from all parties who actively engaged in the spread of libellous falsehood agains the persons of the founder of GTEXT Homes and the company itself. Specifically, we will be seeking damages to the tune of $50 million from a US-based YouTuber who has not only defamed Dr. Stephen Akintayo but also criminally profited from this defamation through monetized content.

GTEXT Homes Ltd. remains steadfast in its commitment to integrity, transparency, and excellence. We will vigorously defend our reputation against these malicious falsehoods.
