Culinary experts, led by Hilda Baci, chief executive officer of FoodbyHilda, are advocating for easy access for locally produced recipes and distribution of ingredients.
The experts made this known on a on Twitter space conversation held to discuss work-life balance, digital innovation, and business growth.
The Twitterspaces event which was sponsored by MANGO and BaigeWallet had in attendance female culinary like Winifred Nwania of Zeelicious Foods, Yemisi Odusanya of Sisi Yemmie, Matse Uwase of Matse Cooks, Omoyecooks, Gina Ekikhodi Ojo of Geena Foodies and Spice.
The challenges and opportunities in the food industry were called out by the speakers, who highlighted how they dealt with burnout while pursuing their love for cooking, creating content, and leading balanced lives.
To encourage exploration, they advocated for an increase in the accessibility of easier shopping for locally produced recipes and the distribution of ingredients.

The panellists also stated the importance of spouse support, urging enthusiasts to talk about compromises to make it simpler to achieve balance.
Considering technology advancements, speakers advised resisting the urge to follow every trend by constantly reinventing their offerings and defining purpose without neglecting self-care. This will make upcoming food content creators as professional as possible.
Baci mentioned her cooking marathon slated to run from April 28 to May 1, 2023, with an intention to break Chef Tata’s Guinness book of record for the longest cooking marathon.
