Air Peace, a new entrant airline, has appointed Oluwatoyin Olajide, an aircraft engineer, as its new chief operating officer ( COO).
She is bringing on board several years of experience in banking, aviation, marketing and related fields.
While announcing her appointment, Allen Onyeama, the chairman and chief executive officer of Air Peace, said her vast experience and exposure in the aviation sector puts her in good stead to run airline that is poised to revolutionise the airline. Olajide is a Federal Aviation Administration licensed aircraft dispatcher, with vast exposure and training in risk management, aviation safety management system, aircraft maintenance inspection and allied fields.
