In recent times, there has been a surge in growth of the flexible packaging market now totalling $4 billion in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) with Nigeria becoming the most dynamic market, where demand has grown by a significant 12 percent per annum over the past five years, according to PCI Films Consulting.
Stakeholders, across the region, who have been basking in this success story of 2013, are about to gather once again in Lagos, Nigeria, for yet another convention that would further fashion out ways on how the market can be lifted to great highs in the year under review.
To this end, Olivia Modisakeng Mtshali, marketing manager – Montgomery West, organiser of the trade show, has announced that all has been put in place to once again succesfully host Nigeria’s largest packaging, food processing, plastics, labelling and printing trade show ‘Propak West Africa 2014′ scheduled to take place on September 2 – 4, 2014 in Lagos.
According to Modisakeng, Propak West Africa 2014 will feature international and local product leaders, regional and international experts and decision makers that are influencing and shaping West Africa’s packaging, print, plastics and labelling markets that sets itself apart at the premier Packaging trade show in West Africa.
