Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers at the weekend abducted the Edo State Head of Service, Anthony Okungbowa.
Source says Okungbowa was kidnapped along Benin-Agbor road in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of the State while returning from a social event in that locality.
It was gathered that his driver was allegedly killed by the abductors.
Efforts to get confirmation from the state Police Public Relations Officer, Chidi Nwabuzor, was not successful as calls put across his cell were not received.
