President Muhammadu Buhari has nominated his Special Assistant on Social Media, Lauretta Onochie, and three others as National Commissioners of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
This was disclosed in a letter of the president read by the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan, on Tuesday at the plenary.
Onochie is to represent Delta State. Others are Prof. Mohammed Sani (Katsina), Prof. Kunle Ajayi (Ekiti), and Seidu Ahmed (Jigawa).
