I could have called it by its popular term ‘gay rights’ but is it a right? The ‘right’ is that a man should marry a man and a woman, a woman. They who are so saying/doing, how did they come? Their father knew their mother, and they came; if their father had married another man, what’s their chance of being here to talk about ‘rights’? Taking it further, humanity would have vacated planet earth for the reptiles, meaning, it’s a fight for the reptiles to take over. If you own a property, you have the right to decide what to do with it and how you want it, not the tenant. The creator created mother-earth and made male and female to inhabit and replenish it. That’s the way the owner wants it; now the tenant is saying: male go with male, female go with female contrary to the laws of the property.
Question is: is the property his? What rights does he have to change its laws? Note, we’re talking logic not religion. If you say humans weren’t created, they evolved; then I ask you, since the days of Darwin and his evolution theory, how many apes have left Obudu, entered into Calabar, changed to humans and became Nigerian citizens? What, we’re witnessing is straightly a conscious effort by man-tenant to overthrow the laws of the property owner. In Nigeria, we know Him as GOD; we reverence Him, we honor Him and we keep to His statutes. That’s who we are and who we want to be. Americans didn’t make any earth, Canadians didn’t, Europeans didn’t; they’ve only acquiesced to strangeness because it’s popular and they want others to follow. But No. When President Jonathan tore off their pressure to sign in to obscenity, all faith said yes. That’s our stand and someday, it’ll be clear who’s right.
If being gay is an abnormality, it isn’t isolated. We have people with malformed bodies; maybe, theirs is malformed mind. Mind because they’ve told themselves that something is wrong, accepted it and something starts to be wrong with them. In the case of malformed bodies, they are integrated one way or the other. In Nigeria, they mustn’t go into rehabilitation homes, they’re just taken for who they are and if they can show special qualities, they become proverbs: they who’re complete do little; they who are incomplete, soar. That alone makes them explode in achievement. They marry well-formed opposite-sex and their offshoot turn out normal. There’s no legislation anywhere saying that abnormal should marry abnormal neither is there any promoting abnormality as a right. What the lost western world is doing is telling the world that abnormality is a right and with it, they escape from finding a fitting cure. But this thing is a deformity of the mind, yes it is. Like other world actions on those things that plague man, it deserves a cure not a bill of rights.
This is where the churches which are soul-hospitals have a central role to play. But first, does the victim acknowledge that he isn’t normal? If yes, does he want to see it changed? This is his input. It’s something you don’t want that you can change. Once this hurdle of self assessment is crossed, the soul-hospitals can then come in to minister unto a willing heart and turning it over to higher forces, miracles happen. We’ve had SS turn AA in these churches by divine power and that’s strange to Western countries.
It’s not something to be decided by a politician craving for votes; if gay ‘rights’ can give him votes, he will go for it because as a politician, he’s an agent-of-now, how that offends the Creator is latter rain. Once you call it a ‘right’, even those who want to seek cure, turn to defend their ‘right’. Not stopping there, they move to corrupt others. In the end, what the Western world is doing with gayness is to make the world dirtier, just because it’s popular and serves their immediate need. But at some point, there’s a cost; hope they’ll be able to pay it.
Now that our government has taken a stance that reflects the will of the people, the church/mosque should not sit back to applaud. They should make a conscious effort to evolve programs to save these people. Blaming isn’t it, teaching the other way and guiding them to it, is it; it’s cure not compromise
For the Western world which’s promoting man over his Creator, converting worship places to shopping-malls, this is just one cost. If they don’t stop now and retrace, they may find themselves where they won’t like to be. If this is the leadership we should give the world, let’s give it.
