President Muhammadu Buhari has commiserated with with the gas explosion victims in Kaduna,
The President who is attending the African Union meeting in Mauritania expressed his sadness over the incident saying that his heart is with the victims at their hour of distress.
A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, the President called for precautionary measures to help avert similar disasters in future
President Buhari explained he was touched by the losses of life and economic ruin suffered by these “hard working Nigerians striving to make a living through honest labour.”
“As a human being, I fully understand the economic impact of this accident on the lives of these hard working Nigerians”, the President declared sympathetically.
President Buhari however advised Nigerians to pay greater attention to safety procedures and precautionary measures in their business places.
