Finally, parents reveal names of abducted 105 school girls

After many controversies surrounding the number and names of the girls abducted recently by Boko Haram, the parents of schoolgirls have put an end to the mysteries by releasing the names of the 105 girls kidnapped in Dapchi secondary school in Yobe state.

The parents who formed a group with the goal of compiling the names of the missing girls, called on Ibrahim Gaidam, the governor of Yobe State to ignore fake data from security operatives.

“Governor Ibrahim Gaidam must call us to a meeting so that we can give him a firsthand data on the number of our daughters that have gone missing since the attack on Monday,” said Bashir Manzo, who acts as the chairman of the Forum of Missing Dapchi School girls’ Parents.

It will be recalled that the Yobe state governor had on Friday, while hosting his counterpart from Kano state, Abdullahi Ganduje, said 86 girls were missing after the attack on Monday.

 

According to the Forum of Missing Parents, the 105 missing girls are as follows:-
