What is there not to love about the books to read for this weekend? The first time I read the intriguing “Confessions of a Kenyan Uber Taxi Driver”, I kept scrolling down for a disclaimer that says the story is a work of fiction. I still cannot conclusively say it is, but why don’t you find out for yourself.
There are books on faith and the lives of women told from unique perspectives. This is the perfect weekend to add three more books to your reading list. By Monday, you will have something fun to talk about.
Confessions of A Kenyan Uber Taxi Driver
Just as his UBER shift is about to come to an end, David gets one final request.
His passenger is a deep voiced man dressed in military gear, who ironically ends up taking David for the UBER ride of his life.
If you have never been to Kenya before, this story will transport you directly to the streets of Nairobi, no VISA or passport needed, it’s that good and that realistic.

Walking Through the Word
“Walking Through the Word” is a four chapter stunner that challenges Christians all over the world to take a leap of faith and leave the rest to God.
It is a book that will teach you how to stand by your faith even in hard times and one that will tutor you on how to make an impact on others with your Godly ways.
Read Walking Through the Word by Gbenga Oladosun Ezekiel here.
Women We Know
The book, “Women We Know” weaves together the tales of six women, each trying to boss the daily, but unique challenges life throws at them. The themes range from love and relationships to issues of abuse and sexual assaults, prostitution, sacrifices and bread winning women.
Be warned! Despite their real pivotal and societal outlook, the stories are strictly works of fiction. Download a copy of Women We Know here by Isaac Newton Akah today!
