Tuesday 16th May 2017 will forever remain a day to remember for all participants and facilitators of CCM CONCOURSE. The epic day started with a heavy downpour, which saw the undeterred participants arrive promptly to satisfy all pre-concourse requirements. The seamless processes put in place ensured that the CCM Concourse lived up to every anticipation and bated breath that heralded it. The Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation centered concourse had the following three-pronged (3) objectives:
- Learn key business concepts and understand how they impact their businesses.
- Learn key leadership concepts and how to motivate their employees.
- Learn how to be innovative in a tough environment.
The positive feedback and reactions that the concourse facilitator and host Chukwuka C. Monye (CCM) continues to receive is an indicator and testament to the fact that these objectives were fully realized and the participants from all works of life are indeed grateful.
The well thought-out agenda lined-up the segments to give participants a proper build-up, some of the highlights were the articulate introductions and the breakout sessions that gave participants the opportunity to deliberate on business case studies and come up with strategies that served as learning points. In his detailed presentation, CCM endeavored to proffer practical answers to the many pressing questions that they had and in like manner, the participants, being so endeared to the personality of CCM, reciprocated by spontaneously reeling out great ideas that could be incorporated into subsequent fora. Also, in his usual style, CCM couched his presentation with striking and thought-provoking quotes.
This maiden edition of the CCM CONCOURSE was held with the able partnerships of V8 Africa- the venue host, Business Day, The Cable Lifestyle, The Guardian, Ciuci Consulting and Invicta Africa.
