Norak Technology Limited, an innovative Information Communication Technology (ICT) company has unveiled its educational management software called AcadaSuite in to the Nigerian market.
The software product is a School-Management-Solution that is synchronised to run online and offline with e-payment infrastructure. The software provides a platform for schools to save time, cost and human resource in management and development of schools. The company told journalists that AcadaSuite focuses on the critical functions of running a school effectively.
Enyika Iheanyichukwu, Project Manager, Norak Technology, while speaking about the company’s achievement said AcadaSuite is 100% local content built to cater for the specific needs of individual schools. “AcadaSuite is uniquely protected by copyright and it’s a register trade mark” he said.
According to Enyika, the software was designed and developed with inputs from school proprietors and teachers in Lagos with different solutions for nursery, primary and secondary schools, and tertiary institutions.
Norak Technology is a start-up company in the ICT world with software development as its core strength with home grown in-house software developers that offer 24/7 round the clock back-end solutions and response to challenges faced by schools.
The software is expected to help reduce the workload and increase productivity of schools that are sign-on to AcadaSuite in the areas of classroom, hostel, and library resource management in an interactive way.
AcadaSuit is also designed to handle the unique characteristics of both public and private schools. Currently, 10 schools have sign-on to AcadaSuit in Lagos with 7 of the schools actively running the package for their day-to-day school management system.
Over time the software is expected to incorporate AcadaSuite society into the platform to allow for social interaction by a school management and all the stakeholders of the school. AcadaSuite society will allow prospective teachers apply to a school without visiting the school, and equally allow for real time interaction.

Therefore, AcadaSuit is designed to help solve identified challenges in the educational sector with the ability to generate the right results and feedback, he said.
